Our Story

Since 2013, Documen has been working with employers and service providers in many industries, securing both short and long term employment opportunities for our clients. From 2018 we evolved into a well respected Disabilities Service Provider, focusing on Support Coordination, Support Work and Employment Supports. Our approach has always been client centred, working with special needs participants of all ages and backgrounds. Our multicultural team, along with highly developed programs, have been instrumental in supporting our participants in their daily living needs as well as building foundations for the future.

Our Team

Support Coordination: Excellent knowledge and understanding of NDIS guidelines and regulations in order to ensure all participants get the RIGHT support services they need and deserve.

Support Service: From highly complex to basic support needs, including Community Access, Self Care, Daily Living, Appointments, and much more.

Employment Support: Post placement support to assist you in making sure you understand your work and have the guidance you need to excel in whatever role you are in.
